PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Confirming Your Appointment
To confirm and secure your scheduled time with our top-quality therapists, a credit card, debit card, or gift card is required for all appointments. This ensures that proper notice is given for cancellations, allowing us to accommodate clients on our waiting list.

Our Firm Cancellation Policy
A cancellation notice is required for ALL appointments, including those booked with gift certificates.

​

Required Notice: Notification by 5:00 PM the day prior to your scheduled appointment is required.

​

Late Cancellation: If your appointment is cancelled after 5:00 PM the day prior, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

​

No Show/No Notice: If you give no notice or No Show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Late Arrival Policy


It is necessary for you to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We require time between each service for sanitation and preparation.

​

Late Arrival: If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for your scheduled time, you will be considered a NO SHOW, charged for the service in full, and offered the option to reschedule a new appointment.
